Goodliness contains four main ingredients. They include cassia, ginseng, lotus leaf, and mulberry.
Cassia is of the cinnamon family. Cinnamon has shown some potential to provide anti-diabetic benefits as well as improved conditions for those struggling with hypertension.

Some lotus species do appear to function as a diuretic (to increase urine production). Thus, Goodliness may be causing superficial weight loss by flushing water content.

- Not recommended for pregnant and breast feeding women.
